The Vatican is a unique country in the world because we don't want to expand our borders, we are here to defend Christendom and the Holy Land, and while it is in my opinion the best way to organize our country, it also have his downsides, because, most veterans players are here for the constant fightings, for the bounties, the geopolitical tensions, and as a country we are very unattractive to this very important base of players, even tho we know, that a big part of them support us and maybe wish to help us, but they won't sacrifice a 1 month passport for an unreliable Crusade.
So here's my plan : we create a real Templar MU, it will be an army of minutemen, soldiers from normal countries or mercenaries who join it only for the time of a Crusade in the Holy Land. Thus it will allow the veterans to still be able to help us in our wars without being restrained, and it has the capability to really multiply our firepower.
How it works : I write multiple series of articles, reaching in chats, and to peoples i already know would be onboard for the project, these peoples will private message me, i will put them on a list and a group chat, and when the time for the Crusade comes, i'll message them 1 per 1 demanding their participation.
I am aware that the project isn't the most reliable, but i believe it is necessary for the Vatican to try, it can be a flop, but if it works, it has the possibility to be an enormous gain of damages for our wars to come and it is what i aim to make during my month as a Congressman.

I am aware that there is other topics who deserves to be adressed, such as the security around Cyprus and Lebanon and the growth of our country playerbase, i take them into account, but in this state of affair i am unable to suggest a grand plan for those, i'll help them whenever possible, and i will seek opportunities to bring in more peoples.
