The latest update has introduced some interesting changes to the company management system in War Era. While I appreciate the developers' efforts to make the business system more realistic and interactive, I have to admit that it has become rather confusing for players who are trying to establish and operate their own companies.
From what I understand, running a company now requires hiring a manager, followed by recruiting employees to operate the business. Although this sounds like an interesting addition, the overall process isn't particularly straightforward, especially for players who are still learning the mechanics.
A few questions come to mind:
How exactly do we hire and assign a manager?
What responsibilities does the manager have?
How do we recruit and assign employees?
Are there any additional requirements or costs for maintaining staff?
What is the most efficient way to operate a profitable company?
I genuinely find the new system interesting, and I believe it adds another layer of realism to the game. However, a little guidance or a proper tutorial would make the experience considerably easier for everyone.
So, to experienced business owners in War Era: could someone walk us through the new company management system?
I'm sure I'm not the only player trying to figure this out!
Interesting update, but apparently becoming a CEO is harder than I expected!
