Warera chat drives me nuts

Warera chat feature must be one of the worst I have ever seen. Chat is jumping when loading new messages. Unexpectedly just loosing the correct position, at least on IOS.

How is it possible that the game is introducing so many new fun features and not addressing one of the fundamentals?
