WARERA.UNIKHORNE: Tiers

Who is actually strong? Not who talks loudest, not who has the most members. Tiers cuts every board into S down to F and puts everyone somewhere, including you.

SIX BOARDS, ONE RULER

Countries, military units, alliances, players, parties, sanctions. Every board is cut the same way, into percentiles of the list you are looking at: S is the top 5 %, A the next 10 %, B 20 %, C 30 %, D 25 %, F the bottom 10 %.

That matters more than it sounds. A tier is not a fixed number of damage, it is a position among the others. Move up a tier and somebody moved down.

Countries can be ranked by total damage, by the war-skilled forecast, by active players, by average level, by active rate, and by damage density. Density is the one people forget: a country with 40 fighters who all work beats a country with 400 who mostly do not.

METRIC OR COMBO

METRIC sorts by one column, which is the honest way to answer one question.

COMBO answers a different one. It scores every selected criterion as a percentile and ranks by the combination, 0 to 100. Damage plus active rate plus average level is a different pecking order than damage alone, and it is usually the fairer one for a country that is small on purpose.

The data comes from a background snapshot that runs every six hours over every unit, alliance and party in the game. Sanctions come from the official WarEra feed. The player board holds the top of the field as a grid, and the search behind it covers every active player, which is the point: a board you cannot find yourself on is entertainment, not information.

AND EVERY FIGHTER

The player board tiers every active fighter, by damage potential, by the war-skilled ceiling, by level, by wealth, or by damage per hit.

It is the honest version of a leaderboard. Not the top ten, where nobody learns anything, but where you personally sit, and what the distance to the next tier is made of.

Click a card and the detail opens: for a country or a unit the citizen tiers behind it, for a player the dossier, for an alliance and a party their own panel.

THE ALLIANCE CURVE, PRICED

Since patch v0.25.5 on 1 September 2026, an alliance keeps the full damage bonus only up to a share of world development. Every share point above that costs bonus, down to a floor: an oversized alliance is not merely unrewarded, it is penalised.

The board prices every alliance under that curve: share, current bonus, and how far over the line it sits. Share is the alliance's summed core development divided by world development, which is the community-confirmed reading, and conquests do not move it.

SPLIT IT AND SEE

Click an alliance and the split calculator opens.

Every member nation becomes a chip, and each click moves it one step: stays, new alliance, out. The three groups keep their own share and their own bonus, live, while you sort them.

That turns an argument into arithmetic. "We are too big" is an opinion; "these four move out and both halves keep the full bonus, these five do not" is a plan, and it takes about a minute to find.

THE POLITICS BEHIND THE DAMAGE

Two boards have nothing to do with fighting and are read the most in an election week.

  • Parties by members, by militarism and by isolationism, which is the closest thing the game has to a political compass.

  • Sanctions by bans, strikes and mutes, straight from the official feed.

A tier list of punishments reads uncomfortably, and it should. It is the only board here where being on top is bad news.
