While many players associate WarEra primarily with economic management and military strategy, the game also features a complex political system that plays a crucial role in shaping each country’s future.

In the world of WarEra, politics plays a central role in the organization and development of each nation. Much like in real life, countries operate under party systems where citizens can actively participate and influence key decisions.

Party Elections

Each party has its own ideological identity defined through a system called “Ethics.” These consist of three points that can be allocated according to strategic needs and can only be changed every 14 days. Internally, parties are structured with a leader, a treasurer, and council members, each fulfilling specific roles.

Next are the Party Leader Elections, where members elect the party leader responsible for setting its ideological direction. The process follows the same two-phase format and is open to all players with at least level 10.

Another key component is the Party Council, whose members are elected through a similar process. They are responsible for voting on internal motions and participating in strategic decisions. The size of the council depends on the number of party members.

The political process begins with Primary Elections, which determine a party’s official candidate for the presidential race. While independent candidates are allowed, the winner of the primaries receives formal party support. These elections occur monthly and consist of two 24-hour phases: one for candidacy and another for voting.

Congress Elections

Above the parties sits the Congress, equivalent to a national parliament. Any citizen above level 10 can run for office, either independently or with party backing. The number of congressional seats is tied to the country’s active population and is updated monthly.

Congress members are responsible for debating and voting on laws, including peace treaties, war declarations, and economic policies. They also hold the power to initiate impeachment proceedings against the President if necessary.

Presidencial Elections

At the top of the political hierarchy is the President. Elected monthly, this position holds significant executive power, including managing battles, handling diplomatic decisions, appointing government officials, and overseeing national resources.

Among the President’s responsibilities are launching and coordinating battles, approving or rejecting citizenship requests, appointing key government roles, and managing the country’s inventory. The President can also assign contracts to military units and highlight important communications.

Despite these extensive powers, the President remains accountable to Congress, which can initiate impeachment proceedings in cases of poor governance.
