hello dear humans, this is your favorite mono-neuron red cat speaking.

as I progressed in this game, I always found it awkward to pick the right region for a resource based on my own criteria. the questions that led me here were:

• where do I move a company I want to push as hard as I can with workers? which spot pays the lowest taxes and still gives decent production?

• where can I move my companies for the highest production, and for the longest — deposits do expire.
  last one, and it matters most: how do I find good spots in allied territory? who would work for an enemy? only a mercenary would.

so I built this, and meow — the tool tells you where to move a company based on those criteria.
when you open it, it asks for your username. if you want live data instead of the cached snapshot, you can also give it your personal api key: it is kept in your browser only and never touches the server.

after that you get two tabs: find a region and your companies.

in find a region you pick a resource, then cap the max income tax, restrict to allies only, allies and neutrals, or include everyone. there is also a priority slider to shift the weight between low taxes and high production.

in your companies, each company you own gets a list of better regions to move to, with what it would gain.
