WARERA.UNIKHORNE: A Free Intelligence Suite for WarEra - Justice Update

KhorneJuly 14, 2026news

Many of you already know or use some of my tools from diplomagic.eu. Over time more and more tools joined the family, so to make everything feel like one product with seamless switching between pages, I rebuilt it all as the new suite at warera.unikhorne.dev. Everything runs on live game data, everything is free, and nothing requires a login. Old diplomagic.eu links redirect automatically. Here is a tour through each tool and what you can do with it.

The Landing Page

The front page at warera.unikhorne.dev is the entry point to the whole suite. It gives you a quick overview of every tool, a live machine status board that shows which services are up and how many people are currently on the field, and direct links to all nine pages. The suite navigation at the top stays with you on every page, so you can jump from the diplomacy map to a matchup analysis in one click. The benefit is simple: one bookmark covers your entire WarEra toolkit.

The Diplomacy Map

The Map view paints the entire WarEra world in the colors of your chosen nation's relations. Pick any country and you instantly see its allies in green, its wars in red and its home territory highlighted, including occupied regions abroad. The side panel is a full diplomatic dossier: alliance membership with member flags, active wars, sworn enemies, defense pacts, unrest, production bonuses, the current ambassador and even the country's Discord link. Influence relationships are marked directly on the panel as well. Instead of clicking through dozens of in-game screens, you get a nation's complete diplomatic situation in a single view.

The Network Graph

The Network view takes the same relationship data and turns it into an interactive graph. Your selected nation sits at the center, and every ally, enemy and tracked nation orbits around it, connected by colored relation lines. Nodes are draggable, an auto-layout button arranges the picture for you by pulling allies close and pushing enemies away, and filters let you isolate alliance ties, wars or sworn enemies. Where the map answers "where", the network answers "who with whom". It is the fastest way to understand the power structure around a country, especially in crowded diplomatic situations.

The Influence View

The Influence view is something you will not find in the game itself. An algorithm scans every country in WarEra and detects foreign influence by analyzing government composition and player base signals. Countries are grouped under their suspected master state, each with a transparent score out of 100, separate government and player base breakdowns, and validation badges that show how confident the detection is. Pending cases awaiting political validation are labeled as such, and the community can vote on every assessment. The methodology is documented openly. For anyone interested in the meta game of puppet states and expansion politics, this is the closest thing to an intelligence agency WarEra has.

Matchup and the Battle Simulator

Matchup puts two forces side by side: countries, military units or entire alliances. You get awake rates, online counts, estimated damage output and a forecast bar that tells you plainly who fields more steel and by what factor. The warrior tables below break every fighter down with health, hunger, burst, sustained and total damage, plus their war or eco build.

The Battle Sim on top is the newest addition. Pick any live battle and both participants load automatically, including their supporting nations. The simulator then recomputes every warrior with real battle buffs and debuffs, and you can layer consumables on top: damage pill, ammo tiers and food. Side assignment resolves automatically per warrior or can be forced. This turns the page from a comparison tool into a genuine planning tool. You can answer questions like "what does this battle look like if our side pops pills" before a single hit lands.

Muster

Muster is the drill ground for military units. Search any MU and you get its full roster with a sortable table across thirteen columns: attack, precision, crit chance, crit damage, armor, dodge, health, hunger, buff status and damage potential. Active buffs and debuffs show a live countdown, so you can see exactly who is fighting enhanced and for how long. The header summarizes awake and online counts, total awake damage, active mercenary contracts and their budgets. Commanders can spot at a glance who is ready, who needs food and who is sleeping through the war.

Power Tiers

The Tiers page ranks the entire game world into S through F brackets, and it now covers four boards: countries, military units, the top 500 players and alliances. A fresh snapshot of every citizen in the game is taken every six hours. You can rank by a single metric such as total damage, war-skilled prognosis or damage density, or switch to combo mode and blend several criteria like activity, war share and average wealth into one combined score. Clicking a country or MU opens a citizen drill-down, and player cards link straight to the WarEra profile. Whether you want to scout strong small nations or find the most active MU worth joining, the tier board answers it in seconds.

Taunt

Taunt is the fun corner of the suite, though it runs on the same real data as everything else. Drop in any country, military unit, player or alliance and an AI writes a roast based on actual stats, delivered by a rotating cast of personas. You control the length and the savagery, from playful to nuclear. Every roast can be voted on, there is a hall of fame for the best ones, and a browsable archive of everything the machine has produced. It is the easiest way to settle a Discord argument with style, backed by numbers.

The Feed and Player Alerts

The Feed is the signals room. Bounties and mercenary contracts stream in live, tiered by their rate in BTC per 1k damage, each with pool size, payout, expiry and a direct link to the battle. Configurable browser notifications ping you when something crosses your thresholds, for example a bounty above a certain rate or a contract above a certain budget.

New on this page are the personal Player Alerts. Enter your username or profile URL and the suite watches your public profile: energy, health, hunger, entrepreneurship and production bars with a live prediction of when each will be full, plus your pill debuff with a countdown. When a bar fills or the debuff expires you get a notification, once, exactly when it happens. Every alert type can be toggled individually. The same alerts are available as Discord DMs through the bot with a single command, /alerts watch, so you get pinged even when the browser is closed. No verification is needed since everything is public profile data.

Justice

Official WarEra moderation transparency on warera.unikhorne.dev/justice. The page indexes the public sanction feed (bans, mutes, warnings, fines, unbans) and shows it in three views:

  • Feed: Chronological actions with type and time filters.

  • Lookup: Search by player name or ID for full sanction history and strike counts.

  • Analytics: Type breakdown, common reasons, 7-day activity trend, repeat offenders, and unban rate.

Data comes from the background sanction_tracker crawler (SQLite), synced every few minutes. Moderator identity is not shown; the WarEra API does not expose it. The Tiers board still ranks the most sanctioned players; Justice is for investigation and transparency. Discord integration is planned later.

Stats

The Stats page is the market analytics desk for the mercenary economy. It aggregates every auction and bounty into daily volumes, payout and pool sums, price histograms and a weekday by hour heatmap that shows when the market is actually active. You can slice everything by time range and timezone, filter the distributions by thresholds and inspect the most common rate and damage combinations. Country and MU rankings with drill-downs round it off. If you sell damage or post contracts, this tells you what the market pays right now and when to post for maximum attention.

Closing Words

The whole suite is public, free and built to stay out of your way: no accounts, no paywalls, just data. It grows continuously, and feedback directly shapes what gets built next. Come by at warera.unikhorne.dev, and if you find something broken or missing, tell me. Half of the features above exist because someone asked for them.

Greetings
