Deutsche Fassung weiter unten.
In the game, a country posts a mercenary contract and units bid the rate down. The Black Market turns that around. A unit puts itself on display with its price, its hours and the countries it will not fight, and whoever needs damage picks from the shelf.

The pictures in this article show invented units. The market opened empty, and real units should not appear with offers they never made.

Every unit has one offer at most. It carries:
Price by job size: a rate per 1k damage for each tier, up to a size. The tier that fits the damage you need is lit up, and the big number on the card is the rate for it.
Smallest job the unit takes.
Damage per day as the unit claims it.
Members did, 7d avg: what the members really dealt per day over the last seven days, from the game. When the claim is far above that, the card says by how much.
Mercenary reputation and the game contracts won by the unit, with the payout. The last five contracts open with a click.
The week in UTC: green hours are when the unit fights. The red mark is now.
No-hit list: the countries the unit will not fight against.
Contact is a Discord name or a Discord invite. Nothing else becomes a link.

Pick the country you fight against. Every unit with that country on its no-hit list drops out. Then pick a time: now, the next six hours or a window on one day, all in UTC. A maximum rate cuts the rest.
The page never hides silently. Above the list it says how many units it left out and why, so an empty result does not look like an empty market.

HIRE puts a unit into your squad. Enter the damage you need, and the squad fills it with the cheapest units first, each up to its largest tier and never below its smallest job. Every unit is priced at the tier for its own share. You see the damage and the cost at once.
COPY DEAL SHEET copies the plan as text for a Discord message. The deal itself runs as a contract in the game at the agreed rate, and the game pays the unit when the job is done. This page only brings you together.

Only the owner and the commanders of a unit can offer it. You prove your WarEra account once, the same way as on Tactics or Diplomacy. Every save checks your role against the game again, and when someone loses the role, their offer leaves the market.
Set a price for each job size. Each tier covers jobs up to its size, and its rate counts for the whole job. A job between two tiers takes the next one up, and above the last tier you take no job. Up to ten tiers fit. Then set the damage per day and the smallest job. Paint your hours into the week, or take EVENINGS or ALWAYS as a start. Add the countries you will not fight. An offer stays up for 14 days after your last save. Saving again renews it.
Every offer has a Report link. Reports go to the operator. An offer taken down after a report stays down, and the unit cannot post it again.
