WARERA.UNIKHORNE: Diplomatic Records (in english and german)

A country without an alliance has no place in the game for its agreements. Non-aggression pacts, friendships, promises of help and the units it keeps an eye on end up in a Discord message that somebody has to keep current by hand. Diplomatic Records gives every country that place on its own page.

WHO SEES IT

Only citizens of the country. You sign in once with your WarEra account: put a short code in your profile description or a company name, or send a small donation to your country, and the page knows it is you. Every time you open the records, the page checks against the game that you are still a citizen. Move to another country and the records of the old one are closed to you.

WHO CHANGES IT

The president, the vice president and the minister of foreign affairs, as the game reports them. The three can pick further citizens as editors and take the right away again. After an election the rights pass to the new government by themselves. Nobody has to hand over a password.

WHAT GOES IN

• Official and unofficial NAPs.

• Friendly relations: countries you do not attack, even without a treaty.

• Defense commitments: who can count on your help.

• Watching: countries, units or players you keep an eye on.

• The mercenary policy, in your own words.

  

Every entry knows who wrote it and under which minister of foreign affairs. Whatever was signed under the current one carries a 🆕 by itself. A change log shows every addition, change and deletion.

CONFIRMED BY BOTH SIDES

A treaty only counts when both sides have it. From any NAP, friendship or defense commitment with another country you can ask that country to confirm. Only its government and editors see the request. When they confirm, the entry appears on their records too, and both sides show "confirmed by both". Nothing you keep internal reaches the other country unless you send it.

The records come out as a Discord message with one click, in the format many countries already post. An example with made-up entries:

Ein Land ohne Allianz hat im Spiel keinen Platz für seine Vereinbarungen. NAPs, Freundschaften, Beistandszusagen und die Einheiten, die man im Blick behält, landen in einer Discord-Nachricht, die jemand von Hand aktuell halten muss. Diplomatic Records gibt jedem Land diesen Platz auf seiner eigenen Seite.

WER ES SIEHT

Nur Bürger des Landes. Du meldest dich einmal mit deinem WarEra-Konto an: einen kurzen Code in die Profilbeschreibung oder einen Firmennamen, oder eine kleine Spende an dein Land, und die Seite weiß, dass du es bist. Bei jedem Öffnen prüft sie im Spiel nach, ob du noch Bürger bist. Wer auswandert, kommt an die Akten des alten Landes nicht mehr heran.

WER ES ÄNDERT

Präsident, Vize und Außenminister, so wie das Spiel sie meldet. Die drei können weitere Bürger als Bearbeiter freischalten und ihnen das Recht wieder nehmen. Nach einer Wahl wandern die Rechte von selbst zur neuen Regierung. Niemand muss ein Passwort übergeben.

WAS HINEINGEHÖRT

• Offizielle und inoffizielle NAPs.

• Freundschaftliche Beziehungen: Länder, die ihr auch ohne Vertrag nicht angreift.

• Beistandszusagen: wer auf eure Hilfe zählen kann.

• Beobachten: Länder, Einheiten oder Spieler, die ihr im Blick behaltet.

• Die Söldnerpolitik, in euren eigenen Worten.

  

Jeder Eintrag weiß, wer ihn geschrieben hat und unter welchem Außenminister. Was unter dem amtierenden unterschrieben wurde, bekommt von selbst ein 🆕. Ein Verlauf zeigt jede Ergänzung, Änderung und Löschung.

VON BEIDEN SEITEN BESTÄTIGT

Ein Vertrag zählt erst, wenn beide Seiten ihn haben. Aus jedem NAP, jeder Freundschaft und jeder Beistandszusage mit einem anderen Land könnt ihr dieses Land um Bestätigung bitten. Die Anfrage sehen nur dessen Regierung und Bearbeiter. Bestätigen sie, steht der Eintrag auch in ihren Akten, und beide Seiten zeigen "von beiden bestätigt". Was ihr intern festhaltet, erreicht das andere Land nur, wenn ihr es schickt.

FÜR DISCORD

Mit einem Klick kommen die Akten als Discord-Nachricht heraus, im Format, das viele Länder schon posten. Auf Deutsch eingestellt, steht sie auch auf Deutsch da.
