WARERA.UNIKHORNE: Workforce - v 0.27 UPDATE

Don_KhorneOctober 26, 2026guide

Deutsche Fassung weiter unten.

Since v0.27 companies run on employees. Three candidates a day, an hourly wage that leaves the company by itself, a happiness account, training cards, toolboxes, events and retirement. The Workforce page at warera.unikhorne.dev/workforce puts every published number in one place and does the arithmetic for you.

Everything on the page is read from the patch notes of 25 October 2026, from the test server's own client configuration of the same day, which carries every employee constant, all 52 traits and all 78 events, and from Piraterer's Employee Training Guide 2.0 (https://app.warera.io/article/6ade935e2284d0115d0de773). Nothing has been measured on the live game yet. Where the sources differ, the page says both.

A word of thanks to Piraterer. He spent the days before the update on the dev server and wrote down what the notes left open: the wage pays only base plus trained Production, the retirement event has three answers, specialisation is remembered per good, and each company may move once for free. Those four points are now on the page, each marked with a link to his guide until the live game confirms them. Read his guide for the tier list.

ONE NUMBER FIRST

Wages and output both hang on the money value of one production point. The game takes it from raw material trades of the last seven days. We compute the same figure from our own trade records; if we have none, the page asks you to type what the hire card shows. No number is invented.

HIRE

Type the candidate card: Production, Luck, Responsibility, Potential, age, the expectation hint and the trait. The page answers with PP per hour, the wage per hour, your margin and the ratio income to wage. The wage follows base plus trained Production and the expectation, so without a trait the ratio comes down to boost divided by expectation. A trait with Production (Specialist, Craftsman, Laborer, Patriot at home and a few more) is output you do not pay for: the page adds it to the output and leaves the wage alone. A cheap hour stays cheap for the whole employment.

Beside it: the cost of a fresh candidate set (10 energy, doubling), the Break Room table and the working days left before the retirement question at 65.

PAY

The wage table per Production and expectation, with Greedy and Modest, and what the income tax of your country takes from each hour. Every percent of income tax also costs the employee one happiness. Piraterer checked two dev-server employees: daily wage divided by base plus trained Production and by the expectation came to the same figure for both, the one with the Production trait simply made more.

Your margin with every boost: the owner's Management, a hired manager, happiness, the tool, Production from traits, days on the same good and the core region. The same-good percentage is remembered per good: a new good starts at 0, a switch back resumes the old figure. The core region gives +5% to every employee whatever their nationality; the country's old production bonus is gone. The notes do not say whether the boosts add or multiply. We multiply, labelled as such, and measure after the patch.

TRAIN

One draw per employee per day, 10 energy and one Potential, three cards, keep one. The page shows what one more Production point is worth per day against the wage rise that comes with it. Next to it the toolbox arithmetic: 0.1 percent per Luck point per worked hour, the odds per rarity, boxes per week for your crew.

RISK

The happiness account. Start at 50, quit possible below 30, a Flight risk looks around below 50. Tick what happened, fired coworker, moved employee, moved company, full storage, unpaid hour, battle in the region, manager's care, and see where the employee sits. Each company may move once without a fee; spend it on a core region. Below: all 78 events by pool, and the three answers at retirement. Keep costs five days of the current wage, the page works it out for your wage. Let go hands a coworker +1 to a stat, or a good trait on a crit, and every coworker a happiness buff. The bet costs the crew 5 happiness for three days and may buy ten more years.

GUIDE

What to do on day one and in the first week, what got better and what got worse. Every employee you can hire makes a profit, so the Break Room upgrade pays as soon as you want the next seat. Use the free move to put each company into a core region of your country. Our reading before the first live day; refined after a week of data.

All 52 traits of the test client with group, condition, effect, the game's own polarity and our verdict, filterable by group. The notes count 53; the client ships 52. Piraterer's guide carries his tier list; the page links it.

DEUTSCH

GUIDE
