Update v0.26 strips away simplified map mechanics and replaces them with strict geographical logic, exact stamina math, and localized economies. Here is the full technical breakdown of the numbers driving this update and what they actually mean for your daily gameplay.
Your physical presence is now mandatory to hit any battlefield. If you aren't in the region, you can't fight.
Stamina Bar: Capped at 100 points, regenerating at ~10 points per hour. Going from 0 to 100% Stamina takes roughly 10 hours of real time.
Travel Scaling: Costs approximately 1 Stamina per 100 km. Moving across a 2,500 km distance will drain 25 Stamina.
Oil Fallback: Once your 100 Stamina hits zero, travel automatically begins draining Oil from your inventory to cover the remaining distance.
Home Cooldown: You receive 1 free travel to your Home Region every 12 hours.
Regions no longer possess static development values. Development scales purely off population metrics.
Development Formula: Calculated by taking the number of active citizens residing in that region multiplied by their average account level. Unpopulated regions generate zero development income.
Relocation Cost: Changing your Home Region requires spending a fee in Concrete.
Endless building stacking is replaced by Build Slots tied directly to region development, with national capitals receiving a bonus cap of 10 slots.
Tax Office: Skims 20% of region development income straight into the country treasury at Level 1, scaling up to 100% at Level 5.
Market: Pays out daily national revenue scaled directly to the number of physical players standing inside the region boundaries.
National Buildings (1 per Country):
Airport: Adds +2 Max Stamina per level (a Level 5 Airport grants +10 Max Stamina to all citizens permanently).
Hospital: Adds +2 Max Health per level.
Power Plant: Adds +1 Max Energy per level.
Construction Sites: The state pays the initial Steel and Concrete costs, then local citizens spend 10 Energy per hit (requires Level 15+) to physically complete the build bar.
Reaching the Level 50 cap unlocks the Prestige option:
Level Reset: Resets your character back to Level 25 (a temporary drop of 25 levels).
Permanent Perks: Unlocks a permanent +50% XP Bonus modifier, a profile skull badge, and 1 permanent skill point to allocate into stat trees.
7-Day Calendar: A weekly loop with escalating rewards. Day 7 awards a jackpot containing Gems. Missing a single day resets your progress back to Day 1.
Monthly Missions: 10 monthly objectives refreshing on the 1st of every month. Each yields 150 XP, plus a set completion bonus of 500 XP + Cases + Money (totaling 2,000 XP per completed set).
