With Namibias revolts and occupation of South African capital, the economy and production bonuses are shifting from IB and Reservoir dogs (former Balkan bloc). Even Poland, which has controled a big chunk of Asia for a while, before I even started playing is now reduced to just core territories and some Belarus territories.
