1. The Inwit Empire
Rogal Dorn was raised on the frozen world of Inwit, he was adopted by the clan leader of the House of Dorn, whom he viewed as a grandfather. From him, Dorn learned strategy, survival, and the value of discipline. Known for his stubbornness, duty, discipline and iron will, Dorn built vast fleets and fortified worlds, earning a reputation as a leader who never broke under pressure.
2. The Imperial Fists
The Imperial Fists became famous as the Imperium's finest defenders and siege masters, often rivaling Perturabo's Iron Warriors. Wherever they conquered a world, they left behind mighty fortresses capable of withstanding almost any assault. Their yellow armor became a symbol of unwavering loyalty and endurance. During the Horus Heresy, they were entrusted with the defense of Terra itself. They favored duty over glory, rarely boasting about their achievements. They also utilized the Pain Glove—a cybernetic device that stimulated pure agony—as a tool for meditation and self-discipline.
Legion motto: Primarch-Progenitor, to your glory and the glory of Him on Earth!

3.Master of Fortifications
Dorn was arguably the greatest defensive strategist among all the Primarchs. If Perturabo was the master of breaking fortresses, Dorn was the master of building them. His greatest weapon was not his sword but his determination. Dorn possessed incredible mental resilience and was almost impossible to intimidate, corrupt, or manipulate.
In combat, he was a meat-grinder. He wielded Storm's Teeth a massive chainsword and fought with a cold, mechanical efficiency rather than berserker rage.

4.The Horus Heresy
When Horus rebelled, Dorn was recalled to Terra and appointed Praetorian of Terra, responsible for defending the Imperial Palace and the Sol System. He transformed Terra into the greatest fortress humanity had ever seen and became the central commander of the Loyalist defense. Throughout the Siege of Terra, Dorn never wavered despite overwhelming odds. He stood beside the Emperor until the very end and later discovered the Emperor's broken body after the final battle aboard Horus's flagship.
Unlike many of his brothers, Dorn never betrayed the Emperor. He remained one of the Imperium's most loyal and steadfast champions from beginning to end.

5.The Praetorian's Final Battle
According to Imperial records, Dorn disappeared during a desperate assault against a Chaos fleet known as the First Black Crusade. Refusing to retreat, he led a boarding action onto the enemy flagship and was overwhelmed by countless Chaos Space Marines.
All that the Imperial Fists could recover from the carnage was his severed skeletal hand—now their most sacred, deeply revered relic. Yet, because a complete corpse was never found, a shadow of doubt lingers over his ultimate end. To this day, fans and Imperial scholars alike whisper a tantalizing question: is the Praetorian of Terra truly dead, or is he merely lost in the dark, waiting for the Emperor’s final call?
