France needed to have his proper campaign since we helped a lot in the alliance, Brazil was the better option since our allied Argentina was planning to go to war against them. British one was to try to have the SR, but I think the diplomatic way would have been more effective. For the Venezuela, we didn't wanted to attack them at first.
