Referral Bonus – Free Coins at the Start
You can enter the nickname of a player who invited you to the game.
Doing so gives you 10 starting coins, while the person who referred you receives a small reward based on your medals later in the game. This does not cost you anything, so it’s simply free money.
How to enter a referral:

The 10-Hour Rule
One of the easiest ways to progress faster than others is simple: log in regularly.
Your bars such as energy and health regenerate over time and reach full capacity after about 10 hours.
However, they do not accumulate beyond the maximum. If you wait too long, you are wasting free regeneration.
Energy recovers roughly 10% every hour, so checking the game more frequently can be beneficial.
Many experienced players simply set a reminder.
The Smart Start – Focus on Economy First
Until around level 10, fighting should not be your main focus.
Right now money matters more than damage.
A strong economy will later allow you to buy equipment, build companies, and fight without worrying about resources.

🏭 Building Your Business Empire
At the beginning your goal is simple:
• find a well-paid job
• start producing iron or limestone
• move your company to a country with a good production bonus
Each country provides a production bonus for specific resources. When you either create or transfer factory, you can see regions with highest % production bonus.
Keep in mind that these bonuses may change over time. Because of that, it is always smart to ask on chat or Discord before relocating your factory.
When you choose “Relocate Company”, the game will usually suggest the country with the best available production bonus.
Your early factories should mainly produce materials needed for upgrading and building companies.
Iron → Steel → company upgrades
Limestone → Concrete → new companies
You receive three free skill resets, so don’t worry if you later decide to adjust your build. Because of this, focusing on economic skills until around level 9 is the safest strategy.
After the free resets are used, changing skills costs 0.5 coins per skill point, so it is better to save them for later.
Skill points
At the beginning you receive 4 skill points, and every level grants 4 more points.
You can reach level 2 almost immediately, so you will quickly have 8 points to distribute.
A safe and effective setup is:
• Entrepreneurship – 1 point
Allows you to manage your own company more frequently.
• Energy – 3 points
More energy means more work and faster progression.
• Production – 3 points
Improves the rewards you receive from working.
• Keep 1 point unused for flexibility later.
This setup helps you build a strong economic base. Combat skills can be added later without major problems.
Try to stay economy-focused until around level 15.
📦 Production Basics
In WarEra there are two main categories of goods:
Raw resources
These require only Work Points (PP).
Processed goods
These require both raw materials and Work Points.
For example, steel requires iron, and concrete requires limestone.
Some provinces also contain resource deposits that increase production by 30%, in addition to national or party bonuses.
However, deposits only last for a limited time.
For new players it is not recommended to move factories just to chase deposits. Relocating companies costs resources, and without employees the bonus usually does not pay off.
Once you understand the system better and start hiring workers, deposits can become much more useful.
