Democratical Meritocracy

You are responsible for your standing among servants of the people, the government, based on your merit to the country. The most memorable example is our Attorney General Zoroog, he is a new player but he created the constitution with the government's help, and subsequently got the position of head of judiciary. This is the kind of merit we need, be it donations, helping other citizens, fighting in wars, promoting our nation or attracting new players, every contribution matters and is needed.
