Warera is a geo-strategy game that combines resource management with battles between countries.
In this guide, I’ll show you the fastest and most efficient way to progress, especially if you’re a new player.
The resources in Warera are four:
Health
Used every time you attack an opponent in battle.
Hunger
Used to consume food, which gives you 10 / 20 / 30 health.
Energy
Used to work for an employer at your job.
Entrepreneurship
Used to work in your own factories.
Each resource has a bar that fully refills in 10 hours.
For this reason, it’s ideal to log in at least twice a day so you don’t waste free resources (the hardcore players log in 3 times 😄).
In the early stages of the game, keep as much gold as possible and invest it exclusively in your personal economy.
Don’t buy unnecessary items
Don’t invest in useless equipment
All of that will come later
👉 The key here is PATIENCE.
As a new player, the most important thing is to be active every day and earn as much XP as possible.
This results in:
Faster leveling
More skill points
200 XP / day from dailies
600 XP / week from weeklies
2,000 XP / week total
Every time you level up, you gain 4 skill points.
The optimal way to distribute points is:
Level up Energy and Production in parallel
Every time you have enough gold to buy a new factory, put 1 point into Companies
Upgrade existing automated engines up to level 4
Buy a new factory
Upgrade the new engines up to level 4
Repeat
Follow this strategy up to the 7th factory.
➡️ Before buying the 9th factory, upgrade all previous engines to level 5.
Continue the same plan up to the 12th factory.
Once you own all 12 to level 5 , proceed to a full upgrade of all automated engines to level 6 and if you wish lvl 7 .
If you don’t want to invest in 12 factories:
Stop at the 8th factory
Upgrade all 8 engines to level 6
NOTE:
The hybrid build is stronger in the short term.
In the long run (4–5 months), however, a player with 12 companies clearly outperforms a hybrid build.
Daily you receive:
1 free crate from the shop
1 crate from daily missions
A possible drop crate after battles
Each crate gives an average of 14.67 scrap.
👉 If the value of the scrap does not match the price of the crate, you always sell the crates.
NOTE:
At the beginning, ALWAYS sell crates. Since you’re not seriously fighting yet, opening or holding them is a waste of resources.
Not fighting at all is a mistake:
It wastes resources
Missions require battles for XP
You don’t want your hunger & health bars always full
Go to the market and buy ONLY gray equipment:
5% stats to everything
Helmet: 10%
Knife: as close as possible to 40% ATK & 5% crit
💰 Don’t spend more than 2 gold per item. There are plenty—if not now, they’ll show up soon.
Based on the current state of the game (February 2, 2026):
New players should not deal with workers at all
Do not invest skill points into management
Later on, if you want to experiment, you can—but the profit margin is negligible compared to the investment.
👉 Conclusion: STAY AWAY from management.
In the current state of the game (February 2, 2026), entrepreneurship significantly underperforms compared to energy.
Don’t invest skill points unnecessarily
It’s worth leveling it up to 50 only in the very distant future
We’re talking level 20+
Good luck and good growth in Warera 🚀
