In the middle of a war where fast damage is crucial, Mercenary auctions are everything. The system is simple: an auction is opened (for example, at a 0.5/300 rate) with a 5-minute duration. Any Military Unit (MU) is free to bid.

However, the Philippines has found a rat-like trick. They wait until the absolute last second of the 5th minute. Right before the auction closes, a Philippine MU places the final bid and gets the offer.

What is the effect? Since the winning bid goes to the enemy (PH), the auction creator is forced to cancel it. To open a new bid, the system forces us to wait for a 5-minute cooldown.
