White smoke rises - Habemus Papam

Greetings faithful children of Christ.

The elections in the Vatican have concluded. I, Brother_Karcel, have been chosen to lead the Vatican into the future.

As Pope I have decided to take the name @69b9d87975d28d85e725c8c2 which not only signifies my duty to the Lord Almighty but also reminds me of my heritage and home: Bavaria

As i promised in my previous article, I will not use my heritage to favor one nation over the other. Italy in particular seems to dislike a German Pope in times of war against Germany. I have spoken with the italian delegation already and guarenteed my neutrality in this conflict and offered my holy guidance in case they need help to finally bring peace to central Europe.

My goals are the same as I described in my candidacy paper. I will focus on the Vaticans developement. I will reach out to the leaders of the nations in this world. And, if God so wills it, I want to leave this world behind in a better place. A place of peace, prosperity and stability.

I want to end my introduction with a prayer:

In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, who are called the Prince of Peace, who are Yourself our peace and reconciliation, who so often said, “Peace to you” – please grant us peace.

Make all men and women witnesses of truth, justice and brotherly love. Banish from their hearts whatever might endanger peace. Enlighten our rulers that they may guarantee and defend the great gift of peace.

May all peoples on the earth become as brothers and sisters.

May longed-for peace blossom forth and reign always over us all. Amen.
