Why do people don't understand tax here 😡

Why do people don't understand wage after tax and wage before tax. This is 3rd time a employees with 10% fidelity left the job. I was paying 0.152 before tax, he joined someone who was paying 0.155 before tax. But he don’t understand tax. He was getting 0.149 after tax in my company. In his new workplace he get 0.147 after tax. All my fidelity went in gutter.

It's annoyingly hard to get worker to 10% fidelity. Everyday i see people leaving my company even i pay highest after tax wages. Because they can simply not understand taxes.

They just see the wage on market, leave my company on 3-4% fidelity for less wage. Vatou bring some iq test here so only smart people like me can play this game.

I can't wait for clanker update, so then my bp and frustration will go lower. I need to do meditation and yoga for now.
