I made a mistake. I broke some stuff on the WarEraProjects/API package.

Although it was some minor issues, it did bring up a new need for the project.

Backwards Compatibility & Rules

The idea here is to resolve a long coming issue with this project: Maintainability.

So far it has been all vibes and feeling, but the real question is:

"Will it work with my current code, or do I need to rewrite it?"

To resolve this, the project will have a few policies added to it:

• backwards-compatibility

• public-api

• type-safety

• testing

• release-versioning

• ai-development

This includes a few new rules for releases:

• PATCH: bug fixes with no SDK breakage

• MINOR: backwards-compatible additions

• MAJOR: breaking public SDK changes

So that means V1.0.0 will contain breaking changes, while V0.5.4 will not contain breaking changes.

So keep an eye out for deprecated functionality and parameters!
