As Xerox Enterprises continues to grow, I wanted to explain how I manage my companies and what employees can expect from working with me.
I'm looking to build long-term businesses with long-term employees. My goal isn't simply to fill jobs, but to create companies where people enjoy working and feel informed about what's happening.
To help with that, I've created Xerox Enterprises HQ, an employee chat where I post company news, wage updates, expansion plans and other important announcements. Anyone working for Xerox Enterprises is welcome to join.
As my companies grow, I regularly move employees between companies, adjust wages and change production depending on market conditions, tax rates and demand. This helps keep the companies competitive and creates more opportunities over the long term.
If you ever notice a wage reduction, please don't assume it's permanent or leave immediately. Sometimes temporary adjustments are needed because of changes in the market or tax rates. If a change is expected to reduce your overall earnings, I'll always try to discuss it with employees first through the company chat whenever possible.
Likewise, if another company offers you a higher wage, I'd really appreciate it if you spoke to me before leaving. If I can improve your offer or provide a better long-term opportunity, I'll always do my best to work something out.
Loyal employees are valuable to me, and I'll always do my best to reward loyalty whenever I can. Whether that's through loyalty wage increases, better opportunities as the company expands or simply keeping everyone informed, I want people to feel that staying with Xerox Enterprises is worthwhile.
My aim isn't just to build successful companies. I want Xerox Enterprises to become one of the UK's most trusted employers, known for fair treatment, good communication and long-term stability.
