Caros trabalhadores, acionistas e futuros investidores,

É com enorme prazer que apresento o relatório de contas referente ao mês de Setembro 2026, foi um mês que foi marcado por mudanças, novos desafios e decisões que elevam a empresa a cada dia que passa.

Chegou a altura de olhar para o que fizemos durante estas últimas semanas, analisar os nossos resultados e partilhar os planos para o futuro.

Semana 36 e 37 - Investimento de Aço nas empresas

Com o crescimento do território português no norte de África, a empresa mobilizou a sua produção de aço para Portugal. Durante as semanas 36 e 37, investimos nas nossas empresas e preparámos a estrutura necessária para aumentar a sua produção autónoma.

Como em qualquer negócio, foi necessário investir primeiro para podermos colher os resultados mais tarde, explicando os baixos lucros apresentados nessas duas semanas.

Semana 38 - Venda de Aço

Depois de investir nas semanas anteriores, chegou o momento de vender o aço produzido e transformar o investimento em receitas.

Esta fase permitiu-nos avaliar os resultados da nossa primeira operação e preparar a empresa para os desafios seguintes.

Até aqui, tudo parecia relativamente simples: produzir, vender e tentar ganhar dinheiro. Depois, Portugal chamou por nós.

Semana 39 - Economia de Guerra

Portugal chamou e nós ouvimos.

Com a guerra a decorrer no Norte de África, a empresa teve de adaptar a sua estratégia e juntar-se ao esforço de guerra português. A produção de aço deu lugar à indústria do peixe, numa mudança que obrigou a empresa a ajustar as suas operações às novas circunstâncias.

Entrámos, assim, numa verdadeira economia de guerra.

Mas há uma coisa que não mudou: os nossos trabalhadores continuaram a ser uma prioridade, a empresa manteve o compromisso de valorizar a sua equipa e garantir que o esforço dos colaboradores não era esquecido.

Semana 40 - Passagem ao Petróleo

Na semana 40, decidimos abandonar a produção de peixe e passar para o petróleo.

A mudança trouxe duas vantagens importantes: um mercado com forte potencial de lucro e uma taxa de imposto mais baixa na Tailândia, permitindo que os nossos trabalhadores fiquem com mais dinheiro líquido no bolso.

Mesmo em economia de guerra, a empresa conseguiu alcançar ganhos significativos com a produção de petróleo.

Objetivos para os próximos meses

Expandir o grupo de 9 para 12 empresas de forma sustentável;
Aumentar a produção e os lucros:
Continuar a melhorar os salários, de acordo com a evolução da produção e dos resultados da empresa;
Aumentar a equipa de 8 para 10 elementos - objetivo já alcançado
Estudar o regresso à Islândia, onde, apesar da curta passagem, conseguimos obter um retorno interessante.

Antes de terminar, queremos agradecer a todos os que fazem parte desta aventura. Sem o esforço e a dedicação da nossa equipa, os resultados alcançados não seriam possíveis.

Um agradecimento especial aos elementos mais antigos da empresa, que acompanharam o nosso crescimento desde as primeiras fases e contribuíram para construir as bases do grupo que temos hoje.

Dear employees, shareholders and potential investors,

It is with great pleasure that I present the financial report for September 2026. It has been a month of changes, new challenges and important decisions for the growth of our company.

It is now time to look back at what we have achieved over the past few weeks, review our results and share our plans for the future.

Weeks 36 and 37 - Investment in Steel

With the expansion of Portuguese territory in North Africa, the company directed its steel production towards Portugal. During weeks 36 and 37, we invested in our companies and prepared the necessary structure to increase their production capacity.

As with any business, we had to invest first before we could enjoy the results. This investment helps explain the lower profits reported during these two weeks.

Week 38 - Steel Sales

Following the investments made in the previous weeks, the time came to sell the steel we had produced and turn our investment into revenue.

This stage allowed us to evaluate the results of our first operation and prepare the company for the challenges ahead.

So far, everything seemed relatively simple: produce, sell and try to make money.

Then Portugal came calling.

Week 39 - War Economy

Portugal called, and we answered.

With the war taking place in North Africa, the company had to adapt its strategy and join Portugal's war effort. Steel production gave way to the fish industry, forcing the company to adjust its operations to the new circumstances.

We had officially entered a war economy.

But one thing did not change: our employees remained a priority. Even with these changes, the company remained committed to valuing its team and ensuring that the efforts of our employees were not forgotten.

Circumstances are not always ideal, but we continue working to keep the company moving forward and find new opportunities.

Week 40 - Moving into Oil

In week 40, we decided to leave fish production behind and move into oil, taking advantage of the favourable market conditions.

This move brought two important advantages: a market with strong profit potential and a lower tax rate in Thailand, allowing our employees to keep more money in their pockets after taxes.

Even while operating under a war economy, the company managed to achieve significant gains from oil production, recovering from the previous week's negative result and demonstrating the importance of adapting our strategy.

After all, when an opportunity comes along, we need to know how to take advantage of it!

Objectives for the coming months

Expanding the group from 9 to 12 companies, keeping pace with the growth of our team and increasing our production capacity.
Increasing production and profits, taking advantage of the opportunities the market offers.
Continuing to improve salaries, in line with production and the company's financial performance.
Increasing the team from 8 to 10 employees — target already achieved!
Exploring a return to Iceland, where, despite our short stay, we achieved an interesting return.
